Réseau Sélection has partnered withMontreal’s University Institute of Geriatrics (UIGM) to develop projects aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of seniors, while helping them maintain their autonomy. Through this natural alliance, we’ve created the HealthID program, which offers seniors a wide range of simple tips based on recent findings in geriatric research.
At the heart of this unique program is the practical HealthID Agenda, available exclusively to residents of Réseau Sélection residential complexes. With simple and colourful content, the HealthID Agenda is an invaluable tool for everyday healthcare maintenance and prevention.Each month includes information on various topics related to the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of retirees.
Réseau Sélection’s HealthID program also invites residents to take part in various activities that are in line with the topics discussed in the agenda.
